Excuses Excuses, we make them every day.
Too busy, too tired, too stressed,
Exercise?... No Way!

It'll mess up my hair
Make me breathe too hard
I'll just pop this slim pill
Claims it melts away LARD!

And I'll only eat protein and fat
No carbohydrates for Me...
And by golly I lost 8 pounds!!!!
But... gained back 23!

Well throw out those fad diets
And the thigh cream too.
Eat right and Exercise regularly
Is ALL YOU HAVE TO DO!!!!!!!!

The above claims are one reason I put this site together, to help you seperate fact from fiction. As a former SEC Track coach, Olympian and someone with a masters in exercise science, I do know what REALLY works.

Yes, you do have to sweat, and you need to eat healthy foods, but the workout combinations should make exercise enjoyable!
